•제목 : Electronic structure engineering for efficient perovskite solar cells
•초록: Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have received considerable attention as a promising renewable energy source. To achieve high power conversion efficiency (PCE) in PSCs, suppression of non-radiative recombination and efficient charge transport are of great importance. To understand the exciton and carrier transport behavior, electronic structure analysis using photoelectron spectroscopy measurements is necessary. In this talk, the principles of photoelectron spectroscopy for the study of solar cell materials will be presented. The electronic structure engineering methods for efficient perovskite solar cells, including defect passivation, work function tuning and charge transport level alignment, are then reviewed.
